Love all the staff at Aurora in FDL but the change in phone system has been frustrating to deal with. It's hard to use the call center when the staff used to get back to me so quickly.

Dr Freund's guidance for my daughter's health and well-being has been immeasurably beneficial. Staff is always extremely timely with response to Live Well messages.

Love aurora, love doctor freund she's great with my child and always listens.

Dr. Freund is amazing!! The new phone system is RIDICULOUS. I should not have to wait 20 minutes and be transferred all over to make an appt with the pediatrician.

The call center is our only option when trying to connect to doctors or staff. It's awful, and extremely unhelpful. Patients now have to email in questions or schedule changed instead of calling becaise this call center that you use now is completely awful and unhelpful.

The phone call system is very frustrating. Where it used to take me just a few minutes to get through to the office I now have to call somewhere completely different and wait for extremely long amounts of time to get through and to hear back. I've had to call back multiple times because concerns weren't addressed for several hours.

I absolutely love the Staff and Doctors at Aurora Health Care would highly recommend seeing a Dr from here!!
