I have always received excellent care at Advocate. I would gladly recommend the staff to anyone looking for quality care. Will continue receiving the professional care from the Dr's , Nurse Practitioner, and, all staff including the lab,and other knowledged staff.

A very pleasant appointment the nurse was very nice and Ms Mercado is easy to talk with, explaining everything. The other nurses got appointments for me that I needed, and phone numbers to call for other appointments. Overall it was a very good experience.

She recommended an ER trip to r/i DVT. It would have been beneficial if she had called for an ambulance trip based on my mother's condition. Instead we drove and had a 10 hr wait in ER waiting room

Felt rushed. When you have to wait months for appts enough time should be allotted for the provider to talk with pts. I'm not a fan of how advocate is caring for patients and that's not the doctors fault....it's administration and corporate. Strive to do better!
This was my first visit with PA Maria, I feel she was very thorough in accessing my current issue. She reviewed my recent visits and tests and came up with new plan to treat my ongoing symptoms. She was extremely professional, I really liked her.
