The person who greeted me and took my vital signs was very rude. Nothing polite, he didn't inform me blood pressure, temperature, his name, nothing was very rude. It was even worse when I asked for an interpreter, my history says preferred language Spanish, I don't see why bother. I understand that it was my appointment at 4:00 pm and maybe I was tired but there was no welcome greeting and introduction. Not informing me about my vitals. Dr. María was very good, kind and interested in me understanding what she was explaining to me.

It started a bit with the feeling that she wasn't really listening to what we had to say. However, as the visit progressed, she was very thorough and really dug deep into my father's complicated health history and spent a lot of time explaining everything including stressing the AVS. I was very impressed with her thoroughness.
