This was my first time seeing this provider. I only chose this location because I needed an appointment soon. When I called different offices to schedule, no one had anything available right away. I ended up using the app and selected the first location that had an opening. This office is farther from me than I would normally travel, so I do not plan to return. I only went because it was the only place with availability at the time. The telehealth doctor I spoke with recommended that I be seen soon, so I scheduled the earliest appointment I could find. Since this was my first visit with this provider, some of the questions especially about my medical history didn't fully apply. However, the provider herself was kind and pleasant.

Best doctor appt I have had in a while

The technicians did their jobs. I think LGH needs to change SOPs. I was there for an MRI of the breasts. Why do I have to fill out a paper sheet with the reason of why I am there? You need to update your systems and have everything digitized. All my records are with Advocate and at LGH. Also, I was called yesterday to lmk my appt changed and to arrive at 715am. The techs did not know about this and took me at my regularly scheduled appt at 845am. I overheard them say, "someone must've called her by mistake." While not harmful, mistakes like these can prevent upset patients. No reason for me to get up earlier and drive from the City only to sit for an hour. Do better.
