He was not rushing to get out of the room. He asked if I had any other questions and really took his time with me.

My husband and I recently moved from one healthcare system into Aurora. We have found all medical professionals to be helpful, informative, and very accepting. It's hard enough being sick and older, and then dealing with unhelpful people as we had with this other healthcare system. Aurora has been the exact opposite and such a joy to work with! Very friendly and he answered the questions I had. He seemed to care about me and let me know that in the future if I have any problems or concerns to reach out to him as soon as possible.
