The experience was good from start to finish. Being able to do a pre check in was wonderful. My appointment wait time was really good. The provider's assistant was friendly and awesome. The provider listened to my concern and addressed them to the best of her knowledge. Or gave me referrals for add help.

Slow in responding to calls concerning lab results. Slow in returning messages. Have had a UTI for 1 month now and still have it after 2 rounds of antibiotics! Very disappointed
