Excellent doctor

It took a message to my doctor on LiveWell to get a call from my doctor! I called the message center and got the standard message!!!!! I don't know why the medicine that everyone is recommending is not covered by our insurance company!?!?!? And if it not covered the pharmacy should call right away and let us know so we could make the decision to pay for it!!!!

My primary physician is the consummate professional. She is very attentive to my questions and concerns. I always feel included in the decisions made with regard to my medical care. She always ask me about how I am doing as well as how my family is doing. We always review the results of my labs and she verbally reinforces me for my positive outcomes. She is an excellent primary care physician.
