I do not like the way Advocate is set up restricting phone calls to PCPs to a central number. We should be able to talk to nurses in our doctors' offices. The doctors I have are wonderful.
This was my first visit with Dr. Naik. He is very nice and makes you feel comfortable. He is a great listener and takes time to explain everything. He is willing to go the extra mile to help his pts attain their health goals.
Everything about Dr. Naik from the second he walked in the room to the way he sat in the chair, leaning back as if to say I'm not in a hurry, I'm here to hear all of your things and not rushing you. He has one of the best bedside manners of any doctors I've ever seen. And I was the top stunt man in the world for 20 years so I've seen a lot of doctors. He was clever and methodical with his questions. We talked about riding mountain bikes, but he was also getting diagnostic information about my fitness level and How hard I work out when I do ect. he recited parts of the stories I told him later in the conversations, very clever and intelligent guy, he explained to me exactly how blood clots and heart attacks work, and I've been a paramedic for years, but never really heard those explained in such an easy way to understand. I not only feel like I'm in good hands with him, but I actually learned a lot from the visit to say he's a quality doctor wouldn't be saying enough.
Dr. Naik is amazing. His staff is always very friendly also.

Dr Naik shows knowledge of my conditions and plans with me the next best thing to prevent future strokes. He went through the pros and cons of 2 procedures to put a stent on my carotid for me to have an informed decision.
