Great doctor

Because of emergencies, only one out of three appointments were prompt. Other two, I had over an hour wait. Reception person was confused. I told her I needed a return appointment in 3 to 4 months but she miscounted and booked me for 5 months. Office very busy but I hope for a better experience next time.

Just want to add that the automated call to confirm appointment is way too long and would suggest to give option if patient has already completed registration for appointment online, click pound after confirming (clicking 1).

I was there for almost two hours for a fifteen minute talk with the Doctor. That's not counting getting there twenty five minutes early.

Every one of the staff that I encountered was pleasant and courteous. Their demeanour was reassuring.

Dr Naik was very patient with me and listened to me. I appreciated his office getting me into their schedule for that day at the last minute.
