It was thorough and very good. Dr. Bandealy is a fine doctor.

He is an amazing happy doctor. I woods I didn't have to wait 45 min past appointment time for home to be with me for 10 minute appointment. He's not sure why I still have all my symptoms when my labs are so good. He agreed to proceed with Mayo Clinic. Hopefully I can get in. Love Dr Bandealy!

The check in process using the touch screen kiosk could be better. When asked for my birthdate there was no "Next", "Continue" or other button that would indicate to move on. It was not intuitive to press the symbol on the side of the screen. The same thing applied when entering my zip code. Yes, I do IT and UI work sometimes. Just add a button and link it to the routine to advance to the next screen. This can be just a simple update.

Dr Bandealy, his P A's and the whole staff are great. Very caring, pleasant and helpful. Almost makes it enjoyable to be sick.?
