Doctor and Nurse were very polite and knowledgeable and respectful

The RN that we saw was very kind and professional. She was new to the Cancer Center and was obviously nervous....I told her it was OK and take her time and relax. She was excellent at taking vitals and going over medications etc. Glad we had the opportunity to meet the new team member.

The Kenosha Cancer care, Vince Lombardi Cancer care is A1. I think that Racine's cancer care being new should take some cues from the Kenosha office.

Dr Bandealy has been my Oncologist for several years. He's always been kind and very thorough. I would highly and have recommended him to any facing Cancer

I arrived for my 1:15 appointment at 1:00--then to see my doctor at 1:45 which was a little behind--then to go to labs to get my injection at 2:20-- the nurse greeted me at 2:30 and told me I was all set with pharmacy and she would be back---after a HOUR wait I asked someone at the desk what was taking so long--the nurse then gave me my injection at 3:40---she apologized about 6 times but I feel like this should never have happened!!!!
