my appointment was at 11 to get blood taken. Than i had to go wait in the waiting room till i was called to go in to see the doctor. My appointment with the doctor was for 11:30. By 11:30 I had already had the blood taken and was done with seeing the Doctor and was walking out of the building. In the 11 years that I have been going to that Doctor I have never been walking out the door in less than an hour. it just really surprised me. Another thing that surprised me. When I was checking in for my appointment I was given some paper work to fill out and hand to the nurse when i was called in. The person who checked me in drew a big smiley face on the bottom of the paper work. No one has every done that before so it just brightened my day

I appreciated that staff were wearing masks.
