I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mathai. She is so nice. What is great about her is that she actually listens to me and offers her opinions about what I should be doing, what tests I should have done. She nudges but doesn't make me feel bad if I put off a test. I know she is right, and I end up doing what she suggests. I am so glad that she is my doctor.

She explains things when needed, listens to my perspective, offers insights, gives suggestions, is always respectful and enjoyable and professional. I am very happy to have her as my PMD. I have recommended Dr. Mathai to others.

I ws there to see my doctor for a physical. That part of the visit was just fine. I had to go to the lab for a urine kit. I had to wait there longer than I should have had to. When I was called the lab person treated with disrespect and was very rude. She was presented with a problem of neither her fault or mine. Her solution for me was the final answer that the lab would throw away my urine sample if I brought it. I took care of the problem and also shared with her the smart mouth she used toward me.
