It was awesome that Doctor reviewed all my medical history/information in both networks in the Epic before entering the appointment. I believe Doctor is great fit for my Health needs.
It went smoothly
The doctor is great. The only complaint I have is that I can't see her any time except my yearly check up and if I schedule months in advance. That's crazy! I don't go in when I should because I would have to see another doctor who doesn't even know me. I can't believe something can't be done to get an appointment within a week or two instead of going to urgent care and that doctor only knowing me from my chart.
Very rewarding and comforting
I have been seeing Dr Mathai for over 20 years. I've never been disappointed with her service or care. She is a fantastic, insightful, caring and sensitive doctor.
My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Mathai for twenty years, ever since I started working for Aurora. She is an awesome doctor and I don't know what I would do without her. She's kind, listens, and offers suggestions on how to improve your health. She's patient with me and I feel she knows me. Thank you Dr Mathai, I really appreciate all you do.

I like my doctor very much, but wish there would be more detail & time in the appointments. I feel that the Medicare checkups are too short. I would like a full checkup.
I saw my PCP, had bloodwork and an EKG for an upcoming surgery. Had nice conversations with everyone.
I preferred to get in as soon as possible for a medical concern so they scheduled me with this MD even though she is not my ongoing provider (my doctor couldn't see me until the following week). Upon entering the room she was rude, made me feel bad for getting in to see her and downplayed my medical concerns.
