Dr. Mathai is so personable. She really knows my history and always takes her time with me.

It was what I expected. Short and easy.

The doctor is fantastic once I get in to see her. I don't believe my history was taken into consideration when on the phone for approx 1/2 hour talking or holding for the two people in the appointment process. I didn't bring up my background and only answered their questions, as I didn't realize until after the fact it was probably a screening process to see how quickly I needed to get in.

I like Dr Mathai. I feel like she listens and provides feedback to my questions.
