What I like most about Dr. Mathai is that she takes time to listen to me. She doesn't rush the appointment.

I must say it was a very good experience. I like going to see Dr. Mathai and her staff very much. They are all professional and really listen to my questions and concerns.

I am completely satisfied with the care that I receive. Dr. Mathai is easy to talk to, she listens and tells it like it is. I ALWAYS get a prompt reply to all messages that I send in portal. My information, lab work, test results, after visit notes are all quickly available to view on My Chart. My interactions with all staff members is always pleasant and thorough. I can't think of a single thing that I wish was different. (And that is NOT always the experience I hear from others who have to go elsewhere.)

Dr Mathai is always pretty close on time. She spends the time with me and answers all my questions.

I think Dr. Mathai Is wonderful! she is a good listener and she is concerned about what you need she does not force anything on you. she is very nice and polite I wish there were more doctors like her!
