Professional, capable and amicable.
I love Dr. Raju. He is very good at listening to you, and does not make you feel rushed. If it were not for him, I don't think that I would be alive. I wish all Doctors were like him. Advocate is very blessed to have him on staff. On the other hand, his staff is not very good about getting back to you. I have waited 3 days sometimes for a return call, and then only after I had kept calling back. Not good for a Heart patient. Please improve in this area. This is a busy practice, perhaps it needs more staff

The only problem was that I was sent to the hospital instead of the doctors office in Naperville. However, I still arrived on time so no harm done.

Waited 1 hour in the waiting room. Very behind schedule. No excuses were given. The elevator was not working. Hoofed 4 flights. Ugg! The physician was quick to leave. Not happy. I do like the dr but he was over worked.
