I was not examined physically by this provider for a scheduled cardiac cath this week after seeing him for the first time . But the aftercare summary in my chart delineates a physical exam that was not done !

Efficient and professional
Visit with Medical Staff was fine but your check-out procedure is not working. Signage at the office states please have a seat and staff will call you up to check out once personel finish inputing visit data. That is what I did, then I waited for a good fifteen plus minutes and watched others not follow the procedure and walk right up to the counter and get served while I waited. When all other patients had been served for both incoming appts. and completed appts., I waited when I was the only one left after two other patients who saw my Doctor had come and gone. I finally approached the staff to inquire if my check out info had come through. Only then did I receive service. It was quite annoying.
