I always have a great visit at Edgerton clinic. Been with Dr. Zaki for years. She and her staff is great.

My appointment was at 10:40 and I arrived at 10:30. I went to the back and had my vitals taken and sat in the room for 40 min waiting. I went out to ask what's going on. I don't understand why they want the patient their 15 min if I'm always waiting. If the Dr is running behind, someone needs to relay this to the patient. My time is just as valuable as the Dr.
