Services were very professional and helpful. Also, setting future appointments and appointments with specialists were provided in a pleasant manner.
I was left waiting for 30 min. I was the 2nd patient of the afternoon. We discussed the serious condition my diabetes is in and took steps to improve my condition. Dr. Zaki seemed in a hurry, like she didn't want to be any further behind with her other appt. She seldom calls her patient to discuss things. I appreciate her calm demeanor but I am worried about the future. Hopefully God will lend a hand.
She is the best
Dr. Zaki is excellent
I had been trying to find a PMD closer to home. Dr. Zaki was recommended by my Endocrinologist. It took several months to get to see her. The visit and interaction with the office was excellent. I plan to change my PMD to Dr Zaki. The decrease in travel time, ease of parking and ease of using lab, etc make it easier for me now and for anyone who might need to accompany or transport me in the future.
Dr.Zaki is very caring & listens to my concerns.
Dr. Zaki was running behind schedule at the end of the day which is understandable. I didn't mind waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time but would have preferred to wait in the waiting room, rather than in the small exam room dressed in a gown for that length of time. Just felt a bit claustrophobic after a time. The nurse and doctor were very apologetic about the delay.
I actually had two appointments. One with the INR nurse and then in Dr. Zaki's office. From the receptionist to the nurses and then to Dr. Zaki; all were super polite and attentive. Dr. Zaki as always listened to my concerns and addressed my medical history and treatment plans.
satisfied
Liked that Dr. Zaki spent several minutes before the visit to review recent hospital records and test results prior to entering the room. Allowing more time to focus on issues.
