My experience at the clinic was very good, however the quality of service from whatever part of of your business is responsible for phone messages must be very understaffed. It's not acceptable to expect patients to wait several days for an answer to their questions, and going to an emergency room should be avoidable in many cases. You need more staff!

Dr. Maggie Zaki is my PCP and she is GREAT. She takes the time to listen to you and to answer all of your questions. She is amazingly thorough. She develops total confidence in the patient in what she recommends and what she does. She follows up on how the patient is doings. She is a truly competent/excellent doctor.
