Dr. Zaki is easy to talk to. She is a great listener and understands the things I've been through. It is always a pleasure to see Dr. Zaki.

Dr. Zaki took time to listen and understand how my injury occurred and what I felt when it happened. As well as what I had done since the time it had occurred and when I got in to see her. Dr Zaki made sure I was comfortable with the plan to X-Ray first then see results and then see how I am feeling in 5 days since I was already had a decent amount of range of motion back, before a MRI request and referral to a Ortho / Shoulder doctor.

Dr. Zaki has always been very concerned about my health. I rate her as one of the best doctors I have ever had.

We waited in the exam room for almost an hour before he came into the exam room. Also very hard to understand him with a mask on.
