Overall I was very pleased with my appointment, however with the exception of the wait time. I did not see thePA, Madison Hamilton, until 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Given that I arrived 15 minutes early, this was too long to wait for a 20 minute appointment. I was very pleased with the Medical Assistant and also with Madison Hamilton.

1. It seems like I needed to fill out a lot of medical history which should have already been in the system. There should be a way to consolidate this so that it eliminate the needs for me to look back in LiveWell for a lot of the needed information. 2. Also, the provider was first unclear about why I was visiting so again maybe there should be better connection between my OB and the provider.

Madison was awesome! I greatly appreciated her style and willingness to hear me out. She gave good guidance and made me feel supported.

The provider, Madison was very nice. The initial nurse was exceptional. Very personable and she tried her best to make you feel comfortable. The wait was long though. I typically don't experience a long wait to be seen at any other aurora hospitals.
