I had an early morning appointment and the provider was 32 mins late to see me. I understand things happen but pretty disappointing to be on time only to sit and wait. I feel like I wasted an entire half a day for one 30-40 min appt. Also the paperwork and the digital directory had incorrect office locations making me walk back and forth waiting for elevators or taking stairs which was super frustrating. I was told by the registration staff 'they sent out letters' but never received one. A simple MyChart letter would have been super helpful. I checked in for that appt a week ahead of time. I was told to bring the papers with and it had instructions to go to MOV 2 suite 145 and when I walked all the way over that a paper sign says MOB 575 ow whatever. That digital directory has to be able to be updated easily and you really dropped the ball. The MA who did my vitals was very sweet and polite and apologized for my frustrations as she too was told to go the wrong place. Sounds like the move was 30+ days beforehand so this is unacceptable to not communicate to the patients with appointments and to update the directory. The provider was knowledgeable but the entire experience was awful.

Madison was very courteous and friendly. She tried to answer all my questions and if she couldn't she referred to me the doctor that could. I enjoyed talking over m health with her. she was very patient and didn't rush me at all. I appreciated that a lot.
