The whole staff at Dr Roden's office was very welcoming, informative, and knowledgeable. The medical assistant was subbing for the regular medical assistant. And she made me feel very very comfortable right away. I've been a patient of Dr Roden for many years. She and her staff have always been professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my healthcare.

Dr. Roden is attentive and knowledgeable. She makes every attempt to make sure you understand everything you need to know before leaving her office. Takes a bit to get into the office but that is likely due to her spending quality time with each client.
Remote access is a good tool.
Dr. Roden always listens to your issues and explains her answers throughly. Never makes you feel rushed and seems genuinely interested in your well-being. I would recommend her to anyone.
I feel Dr. Roden is a great physician. However, she is so overbooked. As an established patient I needed to wait for 4 months for a follow up that should have been scheduled for 2 months because her schedule was so full. I needed to see a PA in another office for another issue. I am not happy.
