A very professional staff who focused their attention on my needs.

Unfortunately the recent office more has meant I have to travel farther to see her.

Dr. Roden is very caring, and very easy to speak to. She takes her time to explain conditions and treatments. Staff is friendly.

Dr Roden is a knowledgeable person and takes the best to listen and you don't feel rushed.

I love Dr. Roden and the entire staff. Everyone is great, friendly and professional. Dr. Roden is probably the best general health doctor I've had in my adulthood. :) My only complaint is how long the wait times are. I've had mixed wait times in the lobby-sometimes a few minutes, sometimes like a half hour. But always once I'm in the room and the nurse/tech has gone over all the general health stuff with me, I sit and wait for the doctor. Over a half an hour easily. I think this time, it was closer to 45 minutes. I'd have a bigger problem with this if the doctor wasn't so great. Really, I know to expect a wait, so I bring something to do. But it's been every single visit I've ever had. Could definitely be improved upon because it's pretty frustrating.

You're phone answering service is a joke I called 3 times today and the phone rang and rang no answer

Staff professional and caring. I have seen Dr Roden for a number of years as .my primary physician. She always listens to my concerns and is responsive to my needs and questions.I can,t imagine not having her as my primary physician.

I thank God for Dr.Roden,she listens to what you have to say,then she provides feed back to help you better under yourself.

Dr. Roden is an excellent listener. I feel like my annual physical with her gives me the opportunity and motivation to re-focus on my own health. She's practical and non-condescending in her manner, and she makes me feel like she cares about me.

I had a video visit and I loved it!!! Same level of care without taking time off of work. 100% love.
