She is the best!!! She listens and she really hears what you're saying. She never rushes me out like so many do. We have a back-and-forth discussion of my needs. I am a person outside of the box, meaning I don't fit all the criteria for other people sometimes. She is calm, patient, very intelligent, knowledgeable about all my medical issues.
