Alejandro is a wonderful, personal and knowledgeable provider. He remembered seeing me months prior and asked how I was doing since the last time I saw him. His caring nature put me at ease.

I feel that the practice of opening primary care to patients that are not established is not in the best interest of the patient. A primary care physician is supposed to coordinate care from multiple providers. If they are not allowed to prioritize their own patient visits then everyone suffers. Advocate Health is in the business of making money, not providing the best care.

Made appointments for full physical. Was informed that this was just an intro to Medicare wellness and I was not covered for full physical. I most certainly am covered. This guy continues to tell me I don't have Medicare advantage so he would have to charge me for further exam. Totally wrong! Nothing but a waste of time!
