He was able see me since my doctor out that morning due to extreme cold/snow weather. He answered all my questions and I was thankful I didn't have to make a new appointment.

I waited in the room for 20 minutes and never was seen other than by the very pleasant MA. I had to leave the office due to being on a lunch break. If the provider is behind, it should be told to the patients at check in or when placed in the room. Due to not being seen, I had to go to an urgent care for assistance.
He was extremely helpful, caring, and supportive. He really took the time to listen to me about my concerns and questions. I want to thank him for being so amazing with me! Thank you so much!
It was a very short visit and everything was taken care of. It was nothing traumatic
