Comprehensive visit, review meds, s/e and discussed importance of time and what I should be checking. Encouraged safety with symptoms and when to seek ED care if necessary. Knows other physician/specialists I am following up with and what I need to discuss as far as my medication for any procedures are to be ainistered. Need for clearance prior to any procedures. And reviewed labs and meds needing reorder. Dr Piracha is a great and thorough physician.
