I had a 3:15 appointment and did not see the doctor until 4:35. I understand that doctors have emergencies and can be delayed in seeing patients. But there was no indication of the doctor running late when I checked in or during the wait. This is very frustrating. Doctors need to do a better job in staying on schedule and keeping patients informed on delays.
