Provider kept me waiting for 40 mins in treatment room. I understand this physician is very talented and in demand but 40 mins was a long time without information. It would have been helpful that the MA who roomed me would have known I was waiting so long and come in to inform me with a timing update. That's all that I ask is the MA's who room patients keep an eye on how long patients are waiting and provide an update so we are not sitting so long with no information.
