I waited for one solid hour before they came in. It would have been nice for someone to come check and give me a status update and/or a simple apology upon entering the room. I had to tell the doc about a finding that he wasn't aware of and spent time looking for it- then changed the assessment of my diagnosis. I still felt like a number and someone that could make the hospital money due to new procedure offered.
Dr. Kostopoulos very patiently explained prescriptions needed and whether there may be an interaction with current prescriptions or not. My major concerns are my prescriptions as I am a cardiac patient on heart and other important meds. I am very happy and confident to be his patient. Thank you.
