An annual EKG visit which went very well. Everyone was very kind.

The staff were wonderful. I transferred to Dr Coulis as a new patient. I felt he really cared about me. My only complaint was the building. So quiet, no music or welcoming sound. Kind of freaky.

Dr Coulis is an exceptional provider. He is a good listener and positive about offering solutions to issues.

When I have a schedule appointment I would expect to be seen at that time not 45 minutes too an hour after my scheduled appointment time I never had that problem with Coulis not until he joined with Aurora I'm actually thinking of switching to prevea I never have a problem when I have an appointment with them.

Scheduling seems to be a trouble area with this provider. I volunteered twice to adjust my date of visitation. The third date finally remained. While I was waiting in the lobby for my session with the MD, the clerk was on the telephone the whole time, calling patients to adjust previously made visitation appointments. Not sure if this is SOP, but I was quite surprised at this activity??? Other than that, I was extremely satisfied with my entire association with Dr. Coulis and his staff.
