I was surprised I didn't receive any notes in my Live Well regarding the things that were discussed with me during my visit. I called to check on this and they said they didn't have anything except my med list height and weight to send me.

Part of the issue was addressed but basically blown off about my concerns. Given a cortisone shot but never addressed if my symptoms could be related to neck vs shoulder and really nothing on my carpal tunnel. Then again the scheduler apparently didn't put my carpal tunnel on for this date. We do have a follow up so hopefully will get more answers then.
My appointment was for 10 was in there at 10 minutes to 10 back out at 10,amazing! And I love Doctor Potter, very nice, very friendly, explains things well. I've had knee cortisone injections by other people didn't go as well or help as much as his,he really knows what he is doing.

I'm always impressed when I see Dr Potter but I was very thankful that he pointed out something extra that he saw on my X-rays and also the reason that I have frequent joint injuries. This was really helpful information and I appreciated the fact that he told me about them in a matter of fact way. I would highly recommend him to others.
