The Exam with Doctor Potter and his staff went well and the clerical staff were most helpful in setting up my surgery appointment.

Every person I came in contact with from the nurse to the X-ray tech to the lab tech to the receptionist seemed happy to be there and wanted to be helpful! Keep doing what you're doing!

Since thinking about the visit. I now think the doctor could have explained the scoping procedure in a little more detail.

I've gone to this MD before and he's been very helpful.
