Every staff member I encountered was absolutely wonderful. As someone who is not very comfortable in hospitals, I felt extremely comfortable and cared for. I did a lot of research before choosing Aurora to start my health and pregnancy journey and I am incredibly happy I did.

I came to this provider to consult on IVF and was immediately put at ease with the way the provider spoke to me, how she showed compassion regarding my health and where we want to get to. She explained things in a way that made sense and when I didnt understand she found a way to make it make sense. She was thorough in how she wants to go about treatment and I felt as if she truly cares and wants to help us grow our family and to have answers for all the concerns we have.

Lisa took the time out of her busy schedule to listen to me. She sent me messages and answered all my questions. She didn't look down on me. Gave me great explanations.

I was a little frustrated because I did the pre appt check in and marked which meds I was no longer taking and then I added the new meds with detail and when I had my appt the provider didn't have any of the new meds in Epic. So we had to go through them all again and I didn't have all the details in front of me to be able to provide everything accurately. Felt it was a waste of time I spent doing the pre visit check in.

The medical student was very pleasant in addition to Lisa Tuszka, NP.
