Lisa is an incredible provider. She takes her time and it's always very thorough.

I cannot say enough for Lisa Thinnes' attention to detail, knowledgeable, professional, listens to every word and acts quickly. Her nurse (sadly who's name escapes me at the moment, but she is professional, kind and amazing at venipunctures!!!) is also accommodating. The office scheduled me ASAP and I did not request. US tech is also Incredible at Burlington Hosp. Wow she is very skilled and knowledgeable. I would love for all three to be nominated for a Daisy Award.

Dr. Thinnes is absolutely great. She's never in n out n treat me like a number. She treats u like a dear friend n family. She REALLY cares about you n your health! Even when nurse came in to say next person was ready for her. She still stayed n answered more questions. She's tremendous person n doctor! I wish I had her always since my other WI doc retire. So glad my friend recommended her. I can't say enough GREAT things about her!

They are very helpful and very nice to talk to. Everyone in the office.

I was made to come in for a medication check instead of just a phone call or chat and earliest appointment was weeks out well after my prescription would be gone and needed refill sooner-thankfully an earlier appt became available. I waited in the room for this appointment for an hour before seeing the provider and no acknowledgement or sorry about being an hour late.
