Sat in a cold room in a gown for 25 min before being seen. No acknowledgment of wait from physician.

The doctor, medical assistant and PSRs were all very welcoming, kind and helpful.

There was a misunderstanding at first. I called in for a refill and also wanted an appointment to see if the bumps on my head was anything to worry about. I was told the doctor had no appointments until February. I messaged the doctor and was seen the same week. So things worked out.

She explained in detail about meds as well as meds ordered by a previous doctor

Dr. Muchard is friendly, professional and very good at explaining things in simple and understandable terms. She is patient, kind and always has friendly assistants working for her.

The medical assistant assigned to my visit was rude. NEVER welcomed me and asked how I'm doing. She asked the reason for my visit and, after replying, "she said you didn't have a recheck scheduled" and went off on me. I said I made an appointment. Then she asked "So what are you here for then"? I told her the reasons. She said "ok here's a gown". When she returned with the doctor, she was smiling. Dr Muchard was VERY kind. What's odd is that I did not have a complete dermatology body exam, but in the notes entered by the medical assistant, it said I had a full body exam. I'd like some answers.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Muchard. She Explained the procedure completely.
