A pleasure to go to my appointment

Lisa Liedke listens and discusses my needs. I was a bit upset when I came up to the office to register. The receptionist on the right side had just taken a bite of something and looked up at me. She actually huffed and turned to the other receptionist who said she would help me, informing me that receptionist with food is eating her breakfast. Really? It was 10:15 am. Shouldn't she be ready to work at all times? Huffing at me as if I was interrupting her. Not at all professional. I was upset by the attitude.

Common Ground will no longer be carrying insurance in your area so I HOPE I can find a provider in your network!!

She's so easy to talk to !! She's very informative & professional about what I needed & my concerns about was going with my knee!! Her & her nurses are just awesome & they always have a friendly smile!! It is so good to know you can trust their opinions & information which I think is great !! Great staff!!

Dr Liedke listened to every concern I had with compassion. I needed an xray and the clinic got me in almost immediately! Aurora really cares??

I needed some info forwarded to Bio Life to see if I could still continue to donate plasma. Lisa filled it out and forwarded that afternoon.
