I have a question why did my provider tell me that I needed to have a referral to see a mental therapist? When my insurance company tells me I do not need a referral. I don't believe The doctor, the student doctor, and the social worker are not aware on how to handle a situation where a crisis person is needed. The security guards physically holding me against my will was totally out of line.
