Lisa Bray is competent, compassionate, and well qualified. She conducted herself in a professional and very helpful manner. My visit with her was excellent in all regards.

NP Lisa Bray did not see me, another NP in the practice saw me. I failed to get my blood drawn previous to the appt as I did not find one scheduled in the LiveWell app. If you want patients to rely on the app, have the correct information on it. The reminder text could have also included the lab work requirement.

The phlebotomist who drew my blood was absolutely WONDERFUL. She was kind, and VERY thorough in her explanation as she accessed my new port for the very first time. I don't think I've ever had a better phlebotomist in all of my medical dealings and blood donations.
