Dr. Pesch is amazing! She is kind, patient, funny with a pure heart. She always makes my teenagers feel comfortable and smile they talk about how awesome she is on the car ride home and that means alot! Thank you Dr. Pesch

This appointment was absolutely ridiculous. Our appointment had to get rescheduled because we got a phone call where we were told the doctor was overbooked and we needed to take an earlier time if we wanted to be seen then we got to the doctors office and the first thing out of the doctors mouth after how low was we need to rush through this because I've got a lot of patients to see today and I don't have any time for you, the doctor did not take time to listen to our questions so this appointment was basically useless and I don't feel that I should have to pay for it because this was absolutely one of the worst doctor appointment experiences I've ever had

In general the staff seemed overwhelmed. Heard several employees concerned about how to handle providing a "flu clinic" on top of providing care to regular and urgent pediatric appointments. We had early morning appointment and had to wait over half an hour to be seen. I had emailed provider prior to appointment a question and it was not brought up by provider or answered during the visit. Because we were so behind, I felt I couldn't address the concern at that time. I know how restricted the time slots are how the staff are expected to get patients in and out! I wish they had enough time to prepare for each patient (refer to email sent before appointment) and didn't have to be rushed to get to the next patient. Maybe someday it will change. Hope the rest of the day went well for them. It usually doesn't once your that far behind........
