I miss being able to call Dr office directly - very tricky process to get an appointment and I'm a retired nurse with some knowledge. I was frustrated with the new process.

Dr Derken is very thorough and knowledgeable. She listens to my concerns and provides good recommendations.

The process of getting an appointment when sick is lengthy and frustrating because of having to talk to 2 different triage nurses before being able to talk to the provider's office in order to be scheduled for a "sick" appointment

They were extremely accommodating and patient in caring for a special needs disabled adult patient. Our THANKS to the staff.
