This was a pre-op visit. Things were explained in a manner that myself and family understood. Questions were answered.

20 minute wait time before being seen by anyone. Another 15 minute wait for the provider to visit. quite the delay.

Please provide courtesy training for your front desk staff. The woman who checked me in was not at all pleasant.
