Excellent visit! Lisa explained WHY the surgeons at Aurora Baycare refused to do robotic surgery on our daughter. We weren't told this when we were discharged from Aurora Two Rivers. Lisa was very informative and we were glad to meet her.

I had never met Lisa but she put me at ease ,was very friendly and easy to talk to. She looked on line about something I was wondering about and showed me what she found.

Lisa was very easy to talk to she had a pleasant demeanor. I felt very confident with my visit.
