I was thankful that I was seen promply in view of the developing storm.

This is the second time I saw Lisa Kumbalek as I could not get in with my primary physician. I find her easy to talk with. I would certainly pass her name on to others.

I am sick with a bad cold. I was fortunate and grateful to have been seen on the same day that I called in. I have started on my antibiotics (2 doses in), and I am already feeling better. Thank you.

Lisa Kumbalek is excellent. This was first appointment at new clinic location and follow up was really poor. The plan was to connect later in day after tests came in to discuss next steps. It took me calling four times during day and sending a message to get the antibiotic I needed called in minutes before closing and 36 hours after visit. At one point I was told the callback time was 48 to 72 hours. I know they were busy but have the impression it was due to poor organizational structure with Aurora. Calls not handled locally, service reps not well-informed, and nobody seemed responsible for follow up communication.

Lisa is very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions. One of the best NP's that I've had.

Lisa is a fantastic NP. Took time and explained all my test results and how to stay healthy through this holiday season and beyond.

My regular Dr. was ill, so I was asked if a NP could see me, I agreed and was a very good appointment/visit. She was well prepared and knowledgeable/informative.

Lisa Kumbalek is a smart and competent caregiver who cares about her patients. I am happy to have her as my Nurse Practitioner. She was also friendly and helpful as were her nurse and office staff.
