Dr. Ema is a great doctor. There is an Advocate down the street from me and I go to the Sykes Center because of Dr. Ema. If they force him to leave, my family and I will go to another medical facility instead of Advocate.

I noticed an improved attitude when entering the building. Employees and staff seemed more caring and provided a positive environment for myself in having to fight the effects of life's physical reality. Whatever your process is, it has reached the attention of team members charged to aid in patient's health. Now that you've gotten this institutional sustaining message at the patient/ provider interface what plan is in place to establish this positive approach in Advocate culture? I suggest including an advisory board, of patient volunteers, charged with the objective to give unbiased feedback and support to those that demonstrate a positive approach in accomplishing Advocate Sykes standing mission.
