Lindsey explained various options for me going forward with care for my throat irritation. She was very thorough in her explanation and mentioned some pros and cons with the options. She got me in quickly as I had been to the ER, shared important results and explained them in detail, listened and carefully took notes on my history and let me know next steps and who I could contact if I had any additional questions or concerns. She was very personable and had a fantastic bedside manner- and that's coming from someone with a doctorate in psychology so I mark people skills and observations as an area of expertise. :) I would highly recommend her to everyone!
