Every single appointment, aside from my first one, I have been seen 10+ minutes after my appointment time. The most recent time, it was 13 minutes past my appointment time when the provider logged onto the virtual appointment. I feel that is disrespectful to my time, especially considering I logged in 10 minutes before, as instructed.
